Please note:
Every dive student must be able to swim at least 200 meters and float for 10 minutes.
Every dive student must present a valid Medical Statement  proving he/she is fit to dive. This can be performed by the physician of your choice using the provided form (PDF format). It could also be done on Koh Tao by a local doctor. However, should this result not allow you to participate in scuba diving for health reasons, a refund  for your booking can not be granted.
